It is d general interview format 4 most schools: written test- which is usually waec past questions (obj+theory), followed by micro teaching, where ur audience could be purely 100% students, a mixture of students and teachers or 100% teachers - which rarely occurs except when d students are on holz, then finally, oral interview.
