I've done all that. I've even chose mY institution and other details. I'm waiting to receive the log in details on my mail so I can proceed with the upload of pic and payment. Is that what you're also waiting for?

Since nysc change their portal setting , I can't put my year of birth to confirm but can put the rest information like , school, mat no, day and month of birth. What can be wrong? Besides I have seen my before o
You can check with just day and month so ignore the year.

You can use someone else's master/Visa card
It's not compulsory it's yours

Payment is only mandatory if you know you can't go to your school to Collect your call up letter, hence, payment to print it online. It's before thumbprint
