I tried doing my revalidation and I was told to make payment before I can print my green card. Is dat correct? The website is also refusing to accept my new states of choice, stating that I have been redeployed before. Can you please help me.

I have a friend who was unable to finish her registration last year due to her school transcript came late (she's a foreign student). Every other details was correctly filled expect the transcript part. Now she has gotten the transcript but she's unable to log into the portal. Please what's advisable she do to rectify this issue?
