why is governor Ifeanyi Okowa of delta state not listed among performing governors in Nigeria? what is actually wrong with the man? I understand he is a medical doctor like the former governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan Is delta state under a spell?

Delta state is in a coma because of Dr Okowa, What has he commissioned apart from the filling station? Garbage is strewn every where in the state The roads are terrible, Electricity is half current etc Workers salaries are not paid, some for 10 months. The man is clueless on what to do as governor of the state. Anambra and Edo state, her next door neighbours are light years ahead. 1 Like 1 Share |
