Dunno much but sokoto is among the farthest of the northwest states. It is very close to kebbi and a hausa majority state. It is actually one of, if not the post peaceful states in the north.
Things are relatively cheap and sokoto people are accommodating ( just respect them and their culture). It is a sandy place since you know its close to the sahara and kinda sunny, yes sunny. The city of sokoto is okay and sokoto people are very rich in culture, so their is alot of cultural and reserves game for sightsaw. And yea it houses one of the good university in the north UDUSOK so you can say there are more of other tribes and religion as compared to states like Jigawa, Kebbi or zamfara.
Remember its not in the northeast so it is not extremely far. Sorry for typos and sorry I dont know much.

Please I have a question

I have a friend who when the school pasted nysc list, they mistaken fixed 2.1 as her class of degree instead of 2.2 which is her class of degree. She corrected it in the school but seems it was not done and now on NYSC portal for registration, its saying she graduated with 2.1

Please how can this be rectified??

I have not. I checked the FAQs on nysc website. The question : "Fingerprints is not showing for some PCMs" is among the questions. I'm still checking for answers.

Because I tink if thumbprint is not done, you can't complete registration. Something is wrong somewhere I think. Without that 1st stage the second shouldn't load

In my own case, when I logged in, the fingerprints page did not show at all. Rather the bio data page showed. I tried logging in several times but same thing. I'm yet to even thumbprint. I had to continue the registration. I'm through now but I've mot done biometric capturing/fingerprints.

I'm sure I didn't do anything wrong. The error has to be from the site.

I heard its just marriage certificate. But someone said she must also scan an affidavit for change of name, newspaper copy of change of name and husband's letter of identification from the LGA of residence. Please I need help badly here.

all you need is

1: marriage certificate
2: evidence of change of name (sworn affidavit from federal high court + newspaper publication)
3: husband's drivers license or voters card or national id card or international passport.

Check the size of d passport you used.NYSC has the size of passport that is required for registration.
If it's not loading that means you have to go and re-snap.

I have. I did that in the morning. Initially,the transaction wasn't successful,but the 3k was deducted. I went to the bank to lay my complaint. There, I was told to be patient. After about two hours, I was able to print my green card .Having said that, I advice you to be patient if you havent done yours so you don't pay twice or even thrice.
