(1) I'll suggest you put English. That's our 1st language. lol.
(2) upload degree certificates + IELTS result + ECA report.

Zutlin:

Upload your degree certificate(s) along with your ECA. I hear applications can be rejected/refused if you fail to upload your degree certificates.

Thanks alot

@revlane, Your mother tongue is your native language, so I suggest you put Yoruba. You have your IELTS result which shows your English proficiency.

@ Ehrnie, English is not our 1st language, we were just colonized by them. lol

How can English be our primary, native language or mother tongue?

English is our second or official language. Google native language if you doubt.

Hello All, so I just realised that I ticked No in my previous Canadian visiting visa application in answering the statutory question on previous visa rejection. How do I explain this now ? Has this happened to anyone else?

Good morning everyone, to all d gurus in d house pls I need your help. Its about POF. I have been a stay-at-home Mom (full time home wife) for 3 years.

I m the Principal Applicant because my CRS score is higher than my husband's. We got our ITA from the last draw.

My questions are

1. Must my husband submit his statements from all his accounts in different banks?

2. We plan to use Fixed Deposit and the money will be sourced from family and friends how can we go about it without using gift deed or LOE?

3. Can the FD be in my husband's name or it must be from my account?

4. My six month bank statement can never justify the Fund, but can my husband submit his Salary account and another account that has huge inflows every now and then and the money sourced will be in another account (3rd account) where the FD will be raised or transferred to my account to be raised?

P.S. the second account always has inflows because he's helping someone abroad on a project so the money don't stay for long in d account and d inflow has reduced now?

4. Can my current status of being a stay at home Mom affect our application?

5. I overstayed in the UK in 2014 by 2 days because I missed my flight. Do I have to declare this when applying and will it also affect our application?

Pls all d gurus in d house ur answers will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since you are the principal applicant, I want to believe your husband is listed as accompanying you. If that is the case, then it is very simple, let him simply transfer the fund you need to your account and you will write an LOE that he has transferred that amount for your immigration plan since he's also accompanying you. He won't have to show bank statement except you need to show the transaction receipt from his account to your account.

Try to also attach some document that shows where he's working and an hint about his financial capability.

I don't think your current status will affect you in any way since you already meet the requirement by being given ITA.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Glxy: 9:34am On Apr 23, 2017
I wont advise you to do this. This is the implication. The date of your ECA will be earlier than ITA date. This means you didnt gave an ECA before ITA. Some Vos might overlook it while it night be an issue for others. Ita better to be safe than sorry.
My two cents.

Thanks

Its still on Documents received; review in progress.

I don't think there is any rule that says that you cannot get ECA for higher qualifications post-ITA and before e-APR.

It was suggested to enable her take advantage of current CRS since no one can predict the direction of future draws.

The assumption is that she might get ECA just before the draw based on expected follow up from her. What if ECA lands a day before ITA?

The decision is hers to make anyway after weighing the pros and the cons smiley

I did the same thing some months ago and i had to decline my ITA because ITA date was earlier than ECA..
The advice i gave is advice i got from seniors like Dupyshoo.
Of course except the ECA comes before the draw . People should submit applications and go to sleep and not worry about misrepresentation.
ECA for a higher qualification post ITA is completely different. Iphie did a second ECA post ITA and got a higher score but remember she had and ECA in the 1st instance before the draw.

Its an advice and its not binding.

Good luck.

Good luck.

House please respond, I want to know how I can make online payment to British council. And do I have to pay for ECA using ICAS ? Please your response matters

1. Yes you can make payment online to British Council

2. Please note IQAS is the organization adviced for ECA on here, ICAS is totally and completely different from IQAS. Pronounced same but work speed and spelling are different smiley smiley

Good morning everyone. Please my brother used to bear Ifeanyi but noticed that his B SC bears Ifeanyichukwu. He had to get a new passport to reflect that.
My question is,since he clicked on yes in the post ITA form that he used another name before, what convincing reason can he use for the reason for the name change? I believe he would make use of LOE for this.
Thanks guys

NB: He used his old passport to apply for US visa and was denied visa. He has gotten a new passport now.

Good day everyone, I just received the ITA from the last draw. However, I need to get Police certificate from the USA. Can anyone recommend how I can get the FBI fingerprinting card in Nigeria please? Thank you for your kind assistance.

Please I'm in a similar situation too. Did you figure out how to get PCC from USA while in Nigeria?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Glxy: 12:38pm On Apr 23, 2017
Another option is to go ahead with the method and go into the pool. If your ECA comes and it has a date after ITA den you can decline. But if it has a date before ITA you can accept. The thing is that your ECA might be ready and signed but it hasn't been sent and it will carry the date it was signed rather than the date it was sent. For example my ECA was signed in February 8 and i received the soft copy on February 14. I used IQAS tho.

Cool; that's another practical approach. Thumbs up bro smiley

My own ECA was a week old before I actually got a scanned copy via mail. She can either edit her profile post ITA or decline the invite depending on the prevailing circumstances.

I have only my statement of results my certificate is not yet ready can I apply for Express entry.

Also how much does one have to declare in the prove of funds, which is considered enough for immigration to Canada.

And how long can it appropriately take from when one submit the application of intention to receiving a letter of invitation to apply

Experienced people in the house, pls I seriously need your opinions on this issue.

I work in a telecoms company as a regulatory compliance specialist. My job basically is to ensure that my company is 100% compliant with laid down regulations relating to our business. In other words, I overlook the activities of some key departments to ensure that they are not in violation of regulations and if they are, it's my duty to ensure that they retract their steps.

So, I am the go-in-between the regulator and my company.

Now, my question is, I have chosen NOC 4423 by-law enforcement and other regulatory officers. NEC but I am afraid that this might be wrong.

This NOC seems to refer to staff of the Regulator (NCC, CPC etc) and not the Regulated or the person who ensures compliance of with regulations.

If that is the case, what NOC do I fall under considering my job description above?

I will really really appreciate your responses pls.

Does Ifeanyi appear on any of his docs? If No, he should click 'No' to the other name question.
