I stumbled on this website that pays daily and they pay up to $1000, but you can cash out whenever you choose to. it is not an information for everyone, not everybody can replicate or even achieve the same result in a short time or even at all. you can do it if you have a computer, an internet connection, and some time to spare. a lot of people; P =pass O over=ver O= opportunity R= repeatedly and that is why they remain remain POOR.
1)Give them for free, they will think it is a trap.

2)Tell them it's a small investment, they will say you can't earn much.

3)Tell them to come in BIG, they will say "I don't have any money".

Hi TheBatMan,

I see your quest for knowledge and well, that knowledge is not what you buy in a public forum and because of the kind of country we live in, some things are not taught generally. As an instance, no one comes to a public forum to ask to be taught "Bomb blasting 101". But that's not to say the information is hidden. The age we live in furnishes us with much more than we need.

Well, you want to know about ML, I'll teach you as much as I think you should know. We spent two days on AML because it is very sensitive and trust me, with what we know, I want to tell you that you'll be caught if anyone is considering it. It's so easy to detect. And CBN and EFCC aren't smiling. (Pardon my use of abbreviations grin, that's how we code things now)

ML is a derivative crime. There are some crimes referred to as predicate crimes, you can look them up. ML as you know is making illegal proceeds legal. A picture that comes to mind is proceeds gotten from drug trafficking for instance, 'washed' under a running tap to look clean and hung out to dry.

There are many ways people previously wash their dirt in private and come out clean in public. You mentioned shell corporations, that's one. There are businesses too like real estate and ... okay, you don't need to know too much but like I said, it is an offence in Nigeria and it is punishable.

Banking has evolved and is very regulated with watchdogs looking in regularly, it's not something anyone can cover unless, you connive with your account officer. KYC and KYCB alone can expose you. Once, suspicious activity or transactions are noticed on your account, they are to be reported within 24hours. Trust me, even the most popular breaking of proceeds into small units and put in different accounts in different banks to cover audit trail won't save a launderer.

If anyone is offering to use your account to transfer funds, you better know where the money is from especially if the amount is larger than you normally have in your account.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

You mean ML?
Why do you say so?
Is it because it is often concealed or because the connected and too rich are powerful and sometimes seen as being above the law?

ML in the past thrived because it was somewhat difficult to track such stuff but right now, I can tell you that anyone that goes unreported is not because it wasn't seen but maybe deliberate effort was made not to report it.

I like this.. But still ML is quite complex and complicated and it will take only very sharp eyes to identify one.

ML comes in very different ways, forms and means....and even transactions that appear to be legit....from the source to destination are actually ML schemes.

The most important is the motive.. .once the motive is established, then the trail can begin. Then again, we have a very very weak structural financial system in the country....will only take dedication and innovation to identify the ML schemes.

As you enter into the world of banking and finance, am sure you'll come to see how these things are perpetuated and how weak the system is.

Cheers.

Lol. Why do you wanna make me cry?
I am saying I can catch the bad guys who think they are smart. Why don't you believe me?

There's no way! Except the money isn't lodged in the bank or the proceed is too small, otherwise, it can be detected.

The only problem I see here is with the prosecutors. At the end of the day if they do nothing then the reporting is useless.

There are transactions sha that can be well disguised. For me personally, I know of an industry where MLers can hide and pretend as though their source of income is from that stuff. We have heard cases of guys who claim to be into import and export but if you look closely, what they import or export and what their account balance shows have no relationship.

In all, if we really mean business, then launderers need to be brought to book.

I agree and systemic crimes in this country usually have the consent of civil servants. The rich and powerful own this country. Especially the powerful. I bet workers will even bribe to be pushed to the route of ML's
