You mean ML?
Why do you say so?
Is it because it is often concealed or because the connected and too rich are powerful and sometimes seen as being above the law?

ML in the past thrived because it was somewhat difficult to track such stuff but right now, I can tell you that anyone that goes unreported is not because it wasn't seen but maybe deliberate effort was made not to report it.
On this note I have to agree with sapiosexuality that you're talking about an ideal situation, in the real Nigeria we all know what's obtainable, if not how many money launderers, even the ones that were caught with evidence, have been apprehended; for example .....not to count the ones that were rich/'smart' enough not to get caught .....all these grammar you're blowing are just theory dear, you'll understand better when you get into the real world.
I'm not saying anyone should walk gallantly into a shady deal, just agreeing with sapio that the law is enforced only on the masses, here in Nigeria.

Sapiosexuality:
I agree and systemic crimes in this country usually have the consent of civil servants. The rich and powerful own this country. Especially the powerful. I bet workers will even bribe to be pushed to the route of ML's
Lol. @consent of civil servants, are you sure? Hope you know civil servants aren't politicians? I know they say they are very corrupt but there's doesn't have a high undertone of ML.

But I doubt. And very strongly too.

Hahahaha. cc, iz it me you are finishing like this Anyway, it's a matter of months before I know what really is obtainable because I was asked at the interview of what I will do if my superior increases interest rate on loan facility given to customers and if I notice my boss is engaged in fraudulent activities at the peril of the bank what will my reaction be?

My responses to those was that I'll report it and that's truly me. I got hired. I'm not sure they expect anything different from me.
