Most banks dont generate TIN again.. u can only go to a bank to pay..... Just visit the nearest local government close to you and ask then u want to create tax identification number and u will be directed. U would pay 500/1k to create TIN. U will take the generated receipt to bank to pay.

Its not that I want to pay anything. I just need to to open a partner driver account on uber.

U need it to get paid as an uber partner. And to generate/create TIN u will need to still pay. Without TIN i dont think uber will be able to credit ur bank acct

Tip for partners. If you are thinking of putting cars on uber, ensure that it has a good ground clearance. There some very bad roads in this lagos (especially within the streets) that rider always expect you to come and pick them from. Residents of such street use SUVs on the road and they expect yyou to come and pick them on that same street with a low car. You may be thinking it's not a big deal but by the time you start having exhaust issue, you won't like it at all. Cars like toyota corrola, kia rio, hyundai accent, nissan tiida, toyota camry are cars with good ground clearance among others. Thanks

I will apologize publicly, if your get a driver to remit #50,000 weekly for your "car" consistently for 4 weeks.

That said, enjoy your idle time.

Did you own this car for me? That you are forcing me to go below my price?
I have 5 drivers working me that are very happy… 2 on higher purchase and 3 on rental and more cars will soon come in from America.

It was @ the beginning of the business that I made silly mistakes believing drivers, now I’m on a very strict terms.

I deal with Tokunbo cars, but because of low sales, I diverted it to Uber.
My question for you?

Why is it that drivers are ready to take higher purchase 50-60k weekly, then when its question of rental then they demand 30k?

After hp the car belcomes the driver's, so they take home very little, and drink garri atimes. For rental, the car still urs, so they take home reasonable amount, eat well , sustain well. Meanwhile i think for hp, dey involve in multiple means, uber, taxify, car drop/hire. Just to make sure dey ur money is complete.... my humble opinion though

None of your driver delivers 50k weekly on rental. This is a proven fact.

Any driver can deliver any amount on HP. Depends on an agreement with the partner.

I want you to pair with a partner and remit #50,000 weekly for 4 weeks consistently. And let's see how well.

Even if you roll in brand new cars, it doesn't change the remittal rates. Only maintenance is less frequent.

Cheers.

Uber once state on their webpage that over 40% of their drivers make over 150k weekly.

Those cars that made over 150k-200k weekly, so they are not over used? Just because I demand 50k weekly, then my car will automatically be over used?
What condition did First Bank offer to Uber drivers looking for car loan?
Drivers that have made 2.4M in 6months, that is 100k weekly.
Did you think First Bank is crazy when they set such conditions; they set those conditions to get the right drivers.

You sound so bitter, and I’m very sure, you cannot afford to buy a car on your own.

Come back to talk to me when you can cough out 2.5M-3M to buy a car and demand 30k weekly.

Smiles...
This is more than 3m... I believe you know that..
The picture of this car is at uber inspection office at Lekki..

I am giving it at 30k per month
The second is also 30k weekly
Mind you I am a driver and also a partner

Too much talk no dey fill basket

So your 3M vehicle will give you less than your investment in 2 years. With the uncertainties in the country, I don't see anyone doing that.
Drivers, can you pray for such investment? The reality is that nothing less than 45k is bad business for good vehicles. I buy cars and know what it means to raise 3M at once. A fair driver should be contended with 20k to 25k weekly. This is twice the salary of a bank driver that works all day and have no control over his time.
Drivers should encourage partners. It might get to a point when drivers will no longer get vehicles to drive and that job opportunity will be gone again. Wisdom is required

I know you are currently out of job, and you looking 4 a car to drive, I know those cars never belong to you,
Those cars belong to someone you have previously worked with, when they realize it doesn’t pay them and you are cheating them, they retrieve their vehicles.
How come last week, you posted on nairaland, you are uber driver with 4.5 rating looking for a partner to pair with and you are ready to deliver 40k? Then here you claim you have 2 vehicles you rented out for 30k?
Listen young man, you can’t succeed with lies and manipulation. Goodluck in your search of who you will manipulate, Im more experience in transport business, so count me out.

Don’t mind the guy, he is out of job, he posted on nairaland last week, he is looking for a partner to drive his vehicle, now he claimed he is vehicle owner, the greedy guy is only looking 4 owners with zero experience, so he will eat them up.

I am beginning to have reservations on partnering with people from this forum. It might not be everyone, but some drivers here are just out to sell lies while looking for someone to deceive. I know there are still trustworthy drivers and fair partners. I advise we all present true situation.

Totally unnecessary.

no one can dictate to the owner how much he should give his car out. if you feel the price is too high for you, you can seek a lower one.

I am a driver and I don't see why I cannot deliver 55k weekly on higher purchase. mind you that I am not speaking for all drivers here. you have to understand that there are categories of uber drivers. not all are smart. not all can navigate. not all know lagos roads well and not all can make up to 70k weekly.

I personally haven't made below 120k a week since I joined uber. this 120k is after uber has taken out their fee.

if a car owner gives me a tokunbo car with zero issues and I cannot deliver 55k weekly then there is something wrong somewhere.

I am currently on a 45k weekly rental but switching to a 55k hp agreement next week.

not all uber drivers can do that, doesn't mean it's not doable.
