I will like to know which Schengen countries give Nigerians visas easily to visit their countries as a tourist.Thanks

Dear ifyalways please how much Euros or Dollars should a tour cost (Minimum cost)before a visa can be issued by the embassy

I didn't know embassies,with exception of UK, now require a tour cost breakdown or perhaps I don't get your question undecided

All you need to do is outline your tour itinerary, never heard of costing too.

I mean if i booked a prepaid tour for €300 and another person booked a tour of €800,do you think the embassy will prefer the more expensive one to grant a visa or there is no minimum for the cost of tours?

You don't need to book or prepay for a tour prior getting your visa.
Booking, pre-paying for a tour will not influence the outcome of your visa application.
All the embassy requires is a semi-detailed list of your itinerary including your proposed tours.
