How can the Benin prince bring a people not related to him in any way together? Where did he 'bring' them from?
The Itsekiris were Aboriginal to the Western Niger Delta.. if you look at how Yorubas spread from Porto Novo in Benin republic right to the Warri area, you will see that various Yoruboid clans are indigenous to That stretch of Nigeria's coast.
Not denying that Iginuwa was a Benin prince- but he is not the progenitor of Itsekiris as a tribe.

Did you even read the thread before commenting! Makarfi PDP won in Accord Party. Depends on how the rift is settled she may return to PDP. She is a card carrying member of PDP

Accord party won according to Inec. I don't care how you want to justify it. I won't deal with MAY. Never. Accord floored PDP. Basic and simple.

Okowa who is loyal to the Makafi pdp faction used the Accord party to disgraced sheriff pdp candidate. And this is not the first time delta state government is using that party to win elections through the back door.
