Am an advocate of changing the whole structure of our country to mirror successful western nations. Japan ended a period of 500 years seclusion in the 1870s and began wholesale modernisation that involved copy catting european countries. By 1900, they were a maritime power and by the end of 1918, an industrial power. Crucify me people, but the ad hoc way we run african nations is just a complete disaster.
