From Sango to Apete via UI or Ijokodo
. From Apete you get to Akufo

Apete is a community behind Poly Ibadan. It serves as home to many of the students and lecturers

Yes, especially the one at Idi-Orogbo. There is a big Poultry farm nearby there currently.

None of the 2 location under consideration here. Idi Orogbo land is however close to Akufo where you can get electric to the land if you the money.
