that is why buhari govt is better, no more free money again to be paying for TV subscription.
Is good as you are now working. No more free money again like in the time of your ineffectual buffoon.
I have never made free money in my life ,the thing is that inflation has reduced my expendable income which means I have to prioritize and then my firm also lost its Major client due to the myopism of Buhari..Well God has been faithful Buhari thought we will suffer but it's seems he is the one suffering

This man is trying hard to defend the Ph.D in garrulously information about the unhappiness due to bewitchment of the bad policies.

What different thing did they do that wasn't planned and executed by the last administration?

The same people that jeopardize the interest of others, will suffer same measure.

I think we should not be celebrating the fact that Fuel importation by Nnpc has reduced when domestic refining capacity has not increased.

What is the current status of the 3state owned refineries? How much of local fuel consumption is supplied locally? How many modular refineries have come up and are now fully operational within the last two yearshuh?

These are the questions we should be asking and seeking answers to not getting embroiled in the normal pdp APC brouhaha

What difference does it make in the life of an average Nigerian? Fuel is still @145 of which many can't afford and this is part of what drove down the consumption. It would have made sense to me if the cost of fuel has reduced drastically.

We need practical progress that would translate into a better life for the man on the street and this is why this govt was elected. By 2019, we will look to see if the life of the man on the street is better off than what it was prior to 2015. So instead of fighting "wailers" with propaganda , govt should concentrate on delivering practical process not theoretical one.

I just watch those paid mofos that come here to defend this rubbish administration and the foolish ones who are gullible to always make me remember that President Jonathan. If someone like Kachikwu praise himself over this rubbish in a place like Iran, I'm sure he won't live to tell the story.

Stating that without any proof whatsoever is just a calculated attempt at misinformation dont you think?

And incase you dont know, continous attempts at misinformation denotes that you are either criminal in nature or have serious mental disorder issues.

Same man said the price will reduce in 6 months but wat has happened it has actually gone up. Why should we celebrate importation for Christ sake, dese importers o marketers could HV built a modular refinery in 6 months If they wanted to . Anywaz hope dangotes own would be less than 145 naira if not the man should just stop work on it.

why
Re: NNPC Reduces Petrol Importation By 45% Victory by Blue3k(m): 1:33am On May 01, 2017
This is cool news. NNPC reduced it importance by letting the market operate more. Who would have guessed allowing more free market pricing would work so well. I guess they must ok cracked open an economics textbook and read chapter 1 and 2.

First we ’ ve moved from a fully subsidy based sector to a partially liberalised sector . I say partially because we haven ’ t quite achieved the template to have a fully liberalised sector . What that has done for us is that it has reduced consumption from 50 million litres to 37 million litres a day .
Work towards full liberalization of the market.

“ In addition , the pricing governance , which was a modulating concept , enabled us to come closer to what the realities of pricing were and so this enabled marketers to jump back into the business and continue to massively import.
So you guys realise keep prices to floor made it unprofitable for regular businessmen to supply the product.

subsidy issues of almost N15 bn monthly expenses, massive diversion of petroleum products across borders . We are consuming about 50 million litres of products at the time , but that substantially has reduced now .
Yup smuggling to Niger Republic and other countries nearby.

The minister said Nigeria should start moving away from the use of products like petrol , kerosene and diesel to using liquefied petroleum gas .
Agreed if we can break our backs supplying Europe and west African neighbors we can use for our own benefit.

I am left to wonder if these guys are paid to claim there is recession. I live in a face me- I face you and some neighbours run their gens throughout the night. Some others put it on for fun. I still see people buy fuel and pay big money.
The beer parlours are still always full
There are still flashy cars on lagos roads, with high traffic gridlocks, despite Ambode's efforts
Banks are making more money http://www.financialwatchngr.com/2016/10/31/despite-recession-banks-profits-on-the-rise/
More businesses are springing up and the owners smiling to the bank!
I'm not earning up to 90k but I know I'm not suffering, even though it can be far better in the future.
The only down side I see is that the price of things is inflated-which is not new in Nigeria.
I personally think God is using this season, "recession" to punish those that where getting large sums, but never gave back to the country by way of investment, but rather enriched the white man's pocket by buying his flashy technological products, living a flamboyant life and intimidating the poor sad
