If you want to be "odor-free" consider the following tips:

Apply an antiperspirant at bedtime. This gives the product a chance to work while you sleep and are not sweating. If sweat from working out is your No. 1 cause of body odor, wash your workout clothes often. Sweaty gym clothes are a bacteria-breeding ground.

Change your diet. Sometimes, fatty foods, oils, or strong-smelling foods such as garlic, curry, and onions, can seep through your pores and cause body odor (always see a doctor or dietician before making drastic dietary changes).


If you have excessive sweating (called hyperhidrosis), talk to your doctor. There are a few treatment options for those with more severe sweating who desire more aggressive treatments. Also, certain medical problems can lead to excessive sweating. Your doctor can make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment.

Shaving your underarm regularly will help prevent the accumulation of bacteria and can reduce sweat and odor[/b]

Good afternoon, I feel your pains & in tears as I write, particularly because your family that's suppose to stand with you are also making jest of you, frankly speaking your case is spiritual and suicide is not an option. If you live anywhere near Lagos just get enough money to feed for. between a week or two and go to the Mfm prayer city, km 45 Lagos Ibadan expressway or any Mfm regional headquarters near you. For delieverance you will pray that odor back to sender,IJN and also get your job back or a better one. With God all things are possible.

He dropped the fuel pump, gave me a look of horror, what came out of his mouth was a shrieking cry of revulsion as he fled. People around the vicinity covered their noses and looked at me. All this despite the fact my car Windows were up. I hit the accerator on impulse to flee and almost rammed into a metal barrier. I ran home and began to cry., then I realised how stupid it was if me to cry, I locked all Windows and stuffed tissue paper to cover any hole, watched National Geographic all day, vowing never to leave my house ever again.Screw my job, I quit,


.....the thing is I can't smell anything bad. In fact, I smell the perfume I spray and the lotions and soaps I use. I've never had this problem before and I am very frustrated, disappointed, angry, paranoid and I can go on with a two page essay on how I feel. How am I suppose to function in the world if I MAKE PEOPLE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND REPULSE? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WHY IS THAT PEOPLE MAKE THE FACES OR COVER THEIR NOSES BUT WHEN YOU ASK THEM DO YOU SMELL THEY LIE? My dear before I advise, does this odour ooze out during your menstrual flow? If yes, i suspect a bacterial infection. But however, visit a competent doctor then if it is not a medical issue, then visit a man of God or a herbalist depending on ur religion. All the same, God will see u through.

Your mind is conjuring this things, everyone covering their nose or spraying perfume has to be because you smell. we all smell from time to time after working out or sweating profusely. Ask your close confidants if they really think you smell, if they say no, go see a doctor, a doctor has no reason to lie to you if your family and friends want to protect your feelings. See a medical doctor, a dermatologist and a mental health specialist. No need to take your life even if you have body odour, I heard someone saying Idris Elba has body odour. so who are you? A doctor should be the person to meet... That is the only sure option to an honest answer right now... they will never lie to you...

Young man, you are not alone. I have a similar issue but realised it is fungal infection in my digestive tract. I can't control the passing of gas it has almost ruined my life.
