How do we download the form cos the name of the website is not specified for we to know how to get the form.

Click on the link and download the form on your device, then you fill the questions painstakingly on the form, proceed to save and copy the email address given on the site (here it is: pstaffparlrecruit@ecowas.int). After that, go to your email box and upload the saved file(Application Form) with your CV and send it to the above email address given.

You can only use Android, iPhone or system to be able to fill the form directly. No need of printing it out, it must be submitted as a softcopy.
