Government don't need to create employment, but a working environment where there is adequate supply of electricity, good transportation networks (rail, road, water, air), availability of quality pure water, good landscape and master plan.

Borrow some leaves of intelligence from this young man (Mark Zuckerberg) to promote your business well.
