OP, you will still need to do change of names even after marriage, so what's it.

My advice, relax, do your wedding then change name and use your new name on the ppt.

Note, your certificate of origin is required (which, based on your explanation, carries your dad's name)

Change of name will answer for this and any other ammendments.

Meanwhile, that travelling document is simply called "passport", not "international passport".

Or have you ever heard of local or domestic ppt?
