Hi i don't know the right section for this, the question is can i use a payoneer card shipped to Nigeria, in any other Africa country,, say Ghana or Benin Republic.

Yes u can use it but you cant withdraw from all banks atm just fair banks accept it for atm withdrawal

Please o, what shd i do, d sent payooner to me but i didnt collect it and d time for collection has expired when i got to d post office d told me dere was nothing like dat. Shd i apply again or ......help please

yes you can but the atm must accept mastercard and there is charges for using your card in non domicile country

Apply again. But next time, don't let time pass you by before going to the post office to collect it becos they won't bring it to your door step
