In the West, rape allegation is very easy & tricky.

She only has to say no, even if she consented before you both started. If you keep doing it because you are close to climaxing, that is enough to be rape.

If she wanted to get free from you and you hold her down in the position she was already in, these two charges would be likely.

Do not think because she's maybe a black American or black European that it would make any difference.

We do not know how this happened but fairly easy to happen & get sent to jail.

There was case of a Nigerian man who was residing there but his wife and children were here. One day his daughter was raped here and the man came back, worked their papers and took them over to US.


Seeing a new life and a society that gives women power, the wife turned wild, very uncontrollable. The woman was now encouraging the young daughter to bring her boyfriend home. This did not go down well with the man, who took the law into his hands to stop the rubbish. The wife called the police. The man was arrested and the wife instructed the daughter to tell the police that the father was sexually harassing her hence he is jealous of her boy friend. When the daughter was asked of the sexual harassment by the dad, she looked up the mum for minutes. The mum encouraged her to affirm it and she said it.

The man's lawyer told the man that he has to admit it so the sentence will be mild, like 15 years if not he has a long way to go in jail. What did he do you may ask?

The man told his lawyer that it is a taboo for a man to sleep with his daughter in the part of the world where he was born. That it is better he dies in jail than to live with that trauma.

What am I trying to say here? All those claims of rape in America na banza. Some are consensual.

I swear, this is a set up. I know the Guy very well, he was set up. We should desist from making wrong comments against this Guy because he is innocent. His bail bond is $1.5million, where will he get that kind of money from? The alleged rapist is now reported as a'Nigerian man' Meanwhile, he would ve been an American if it were for positive reasons. These people are mean and despotic. Rape and domestic abuses in the western world are mostly set up and women take advantage of it with little or no provocation. It costs them nothing to do it. They're not even required to pay any laywer. They're mere witness for the state or crown prosecutors. Let's be cautious in being judgemental guys. Hear the accused side and be shocked.

If woman grabs intended rapist by his penis, it is all over.

If convicted, he would spend between 3 - 15 years in prison, provided that he has no prior criminal record. North Carolina has very strict punishments for all types of sexual assault/battery.

It's unimaginable all the inmates would be physically and mentally handicapped at the same time, such that a rapist would descend upon one of their colleagues, they remained inert.


Living in a group home aspect of the story goes to add support to the belief that the woman was starved for sex, hence she volunteered to have sex with whoever.

And what if the victim had no cognitive impairment, but physical disabilities, hence starved for sex, and had voluntary sex with the now accused? It's possible.
