Seller is yet to reply and the seller of item 1 doesn't have item 2. Even if we ask for replacement, we can't possibly make the purchase from a new seller.

While I agree with your "...upgrade to a real-time tracking service," I recall there was an update about item 2 which you saw. Also, an update about item 1. A real-time tracking service will still tell you same. Plus, we don't work weekends and any message sent from 5:01pm on Friday will be replied from 9:01am the next Monday.

Kindly wait for an order to progress. Without the progress, we can't give a new update.
