On behalf of all UkwaNgwa sons and daughters, i wish to use this opprtunity to congratulate our son Chief Nyerere Anyim on his appointment as an Executive Commissioner in the National Pensions Commission (PENCOM). We the entire UkwaNgwa nation as well as Abia wish to thank Mr President General M Buhari for finding our son worthy to serve the nation. We want to assure you Mr President that Dr Nyerere being a true Ngwa son will not in anyway disappoint you or the nation. This appointment is one of the 23 new federal appointments announced by the Presidency some weeks ago. We also wish to use this medium to beg you for a federal university to be cited in UkwaNgwa land precisely ASA where we have vast empty lands. Chief Anyim was the Abia State APC Governorship candidate in the 2015 General Elections and was beaten alongside others by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu. Good one for Abia State.
