Initially it was "pending batch B" on there portal, now the status is "interviews completed except MFA", so let's wait and see what happens after MFA interview on Wednesday. There might be another batch hopefully.

Yes but go to the site and go carefully on batch A update. Let me believe you are just guessing but I still hold on what is on their website till they do otherwise.

Ur not very consistent wit ur response! from the earlier reply...u stated "Batch B interview" here u said "Batch B conducted". Am not attacking you...just want to be clear on whether an interview was conducted "officially" or not?? or on the other hand its just d Batch B selection process that has been concluded??! Pls throw more light so we can understand you beta. Thank you

Everybody is pushing for appointment letter because they have done their interview forgetting that this recruitment can talk much longer as they aspected.

someone even mentioned here dat he/she was part of batch B, and i ve also heard b4 now dat batch B interview have been done, dats what am saying, am not an insider, am also an applicant, (batch A)

Sorry to inform you but there is MFA Batch B list, the batch B interview for MFA is scheduled to hold on the 11th(thursday at PSIN), shortlisted applicants were contacted via phone calls. when @Nwakwo said he received a call to come on the 11th, he was very right , majority(if not all) of those contacted via phone calls and messages to come for the interview will get the job. If you doubt me go there on thursday you will see applicants for MFA interview. FCSC went ahead to invite all unsuitable candidates earlier shortlisted for Batch A in order to avoid Public outcry, attending the interview does not guarantee them the job (there is nothing impossible for God to do sha). When @onyii said there is a modified list, she is very,very right. Anyway all the best for all Batch A and B applicants.

So @Opemipo, what happens to other Batch A applicants who did not get a call and will be having their interview on wednesday? Does it mean no hope for them?

All shortlisted Batch A candidates for MFA, don't get distracted by all this unusual and demoralising stories floating the thread. As long as ur name is on the Batch A list, I say relax. Non and I mean non of the already shortlisted candidates was contacted on phone from the FCSC recruitment committee. Just prepare urself fully and attend the interview with all the confidence you've got and believe, it is finished. 3 days away. Good luck and Happy Sunday.

I was emphatically doubtful abt d whole talk of MFA already conducted an interview for Batch B. Pls no one is an 'island' of information. We all do hv our sources but will most tym prefer to hear from odas to test the veracity of the ones we hv. Wishing u guys the best. See you this week...

No body here says that Interview for MFA has been conducted sir, how can they carry out interview for batch B b4 batch A?? It has never happened b4 sir!

It seems u've not been following this trend closely enough! read up more carefully peoples comments and u'll see comments lyk "Batch B2?" and a lot more!
Its a relief we now know d Interview is now 11th...I hv my own info to that effect too.

This is what is obtainable on there website, no body should deceive us pls!

The salary of MFA level 8 is the same with other ministries its between #50,000 - #60,000
