Good morning guys, I deposited N4000 last earlier this year. I played and I didn't win a kobo till it remains 1k. The minimum amount I can withdraw is 5k. I then deposited 4k to make it 5k. See what the response am getting. Pls what do I need to do? They are not replying their mails.

Whenever you deposit, you have to use the whole sum to bet, before you can withdraw. You can't just deposit to round off an amount, then withdraw without placing bets with it.
