I was amazed when I visited Owerri early this year. The city is so endowed with beautiful lady and girls....Wow,I don't know of any other Nigerian city that has such a number of beautiful ladies and girls. Every nook and cranny of Owerri is filled with beautiful ladies.....
Aside the beauty....the city is filled with hotels..Hotels standing side by side to each other..the whole city is lithered with hotels..the city has more than 600 magnificent hotels aside the smaller ones..
There are so many shopping malls in the city...
.Owerri mall housing the shoprite, Aladinma mall, House of jerdans, Everyday supermarket, Priceless, Douglass exclusive etc..
The city is also filled with club houses, Grill centers,Eateries and Resorts....Cubans resort, De exclusive etc

To my surprise, all these hotels and centres are filled up everyday most especially during weekends...People from portharcout, Onitsha, Aba, Asaba, yenagua, Uyo etc fills the city every weekend..

Malaysian boys, Overseas boys, business dooms, millionaires, billionaires, and wealthy politicians are not left out, as the Airport is always booming..

Sorry dear, stop crying OK? I'm touched and because of that, I can volunteer to take you on an all expense paid trip to a few hotspots in O-town. Owerri is indeed a very beautiful city and have not regreted it since I relocated from Lagos. Investors can reach us @ Galaxy properties for good lands/properties to buy in part of Owerri. As more and more of Imo state migrate to Owerri, the only place with modern amenities in Imo state, Owerri shall develop shanty towns and overcrowded city centre. Okorocha's myopia.

Big ISSUE now is that Okorocha has another two years to continue this madness of Imo state as Owerri.

Except in Imo state under Gov. Rochas Okorocha;

1) never in the history of any other state in Nigeria had people in other local government areas got levied by a state governor to build the governor's fancy projects in the state capital.

2) never in the history of any state in Nigeria had the federal allocations of the local govt areas in a state been collected by the state governor to build the governor's fancy projects in the state capital;

while the other lgas in the state can't even boast of any modern development infrastructure.

Why then did federal govt divide Imo state into local govt areas and senatorial zones?

Okorocha is pushed by old deep grudges he has against some area of Imo state to do his Owerri mega city project.

A person from Okigwe or Orlu CAN NEVER answer that he is from Owerri.

Okorocha does not know the history of Imo state. He is creating bad blood between the various groups in Imo state by using allocations and levies meant for development in other lgas of IMo state only on Owerri.
