We can recall that on April 20, 2017, CBN issued a new circular to all Deposit Money Banks (DBM) that the cashless policy has been suspend and all necessary refunds should be made to customers that have been charged so far. http://www.cbn.gov.ng/Out/2017/CCD/CIRCULAR%20reversed%20policy.pdf

I will like to know if you have received any "CASHLESS COMMISSION CHARGES REVERSAL" from your bank?

My bank (GT BANK) is yet to reverse over N11,000 they took from my account.

Please share your experience.

Can u see the reply of gtbank? It tells u that the banks are truly thieves and they don't care abt u. Imagine requesting for screenshot of debit they made by themselves. I weak abeg. Can't they chk in the account to see the debit they made? ABI nor be dem make am? God punish all this people stealing from the poor.

but a week ago I used my GTB card to purchase something & paid POS, I was charged 100 naira extra. - for using POS.

Na so Diamond Bank Cut 3000 naira from the money wey dey my account all in the name of stamp duty charge

It's not you alone. 5k was deducted from my account,then this stamp duty costing almost 2k.I just work so hard to save the little i have for my plans and they keep taking.Diamond bank,am looking at you in 3D

It doesn't work like that,the dude is still claiming for now.. ...until proof is sent and they go ahead with investigation
