If your ram module is upgradeable step up from 2gb ram to the maximum allowable. If its not upgradeable, time to buy another laptop.......

my laptop is HP 65, i bought it almost 4 years ago. The battery never had any problem b4 but after I left it for about three weeks without using it, I tried to power it and it powered on for a few minutes but switched off. When a plugged it to charge it, it showed "plugged in, not charging" and it remained 0% since then.

What should I do please?

you will need a windows 8.1 os either as a flash drive or a CD for formatting, and you will also need the necessary drivers after formatting so your laptop can work well, if you are not tech granded or you have not done it before its advisable you see an engineer for that

Depending on the OS you are using just type "windows update" on the search bar . windows will automatically bring suggestions. Click on the "choose whether to automatically install update". In the next menu, click on the arrow below "important updates" and then choose "never check for updates not recommended". That is all

Window 10 does not have the option. So I was not able to turn off automatic window update .Is there any other way ?

Eng. In the house, my mini Packard bell laptop is having booting problems, when ever i try tk put it on, the power bhtton only blinks For minutes without displaying anything. On very few occasions, it comes up for 1hr buh over 72hours nw, It hasnt come up, i have removed the battery several tines buh to no avail, d worst Part is dt wen the Blinking starts, i cn only put it off via removing the battery, pls help ne profer solutions. the laptop will do anything you want except ofcourse games
it is not good for gaming
browsing , microsoft office, and other apps will run fine but games? no no no if game is priority then no otherwise u are good to go they manahe power efficiently
