What was the most annoying thing your Bank did to you. Iam tired of Nigerian banks and their lack of customer service.. imagine waiting on an ATM queue and when it gets to your turn and the ATM stops working.. fast foward to 30 minutes .. ATM still not working and no person from the bank could deem it fit to apologise.. The closest ATM to that one in Osun is 30 minutes away.. i get to my Bank at 4.02 and the security wont let me in.. N.B the 2 atms there are not working as well.. |

Mine wasn't the bank in context, just a bank staff at GTbank... It's a She. I had stood for more than forty minutes on the queue, waiting till it would get to my turn to be received. The moment came and I was referred to a lady over the counter so I made my leave for the spot, I got there, explained subtly to her and the next thing, she was awfully sarcastic in an unwelcoming way.. I wish I could b*tchslap her but hey, I cannot stand the reproach from several tens of customers and staff there, so I mellowed and allowed her to make good fun of herself sha.... Other one was quite unpleasant, I was at the bank when this 'brrrrruuuhhhmmm' stomach disturbance started, I became uneasy and my movement turned haphazard... I was sweating under an A.C, airtight banking hall... when I couldn't take more of the 4th world war, I politely asked the security man, right in front of a female staff, if I could use the loo... The she-diot immediately said I shouldn't poo on the floor, She won a few laughs unbeknownst to her that, on that very day, if I had a gun with just one clip, I would have shot her up.... |

One of my colleagues lost ₦25,000 to scammers from his Stanbic IBTC current account last Saturday. He said he laid the complaint to the bank but was told that there was nothing they could do. The bank traced the withdrawal to a PoS in a Kaduna supermarket. My colleague didn't lose his ATM card nor have any relative in Kaduna. He is so confused at the moment. |
