Okay, these tips have worked for a lot of people so we decided to share them with everyone. Pimples and acne cause us a whole lot of trouble, and these simple tips have gone a long way in helping a lot of people. Enjoy!


1. . Wash your face regularly.

There's no definite number of times for face-washing as people think. Not less than twice a day though. Wash your face whenever there's a lot of sweat on it.
Do not use a harsh soap. Use a mild antiseptic soap. Harsh soaps can cause irritation.
Do not scrub roughly with a sponge or prickly wash cloth. Use a soft exfoliating towel and scrub softly.
Washing your face removes the expired skin oils and dead skin cells, along with germs and dirt.
Also, when washing your hair, whether with shampoo or soap, tilt your head backwards. Don't allow the sods to get on your face. Wash your hair before your face.

2. 2. Wash your pillow case.

A dirty pillow case is one of the most common causes of acne breakouts.
Wash your pillow case every three days.
Preferably, use a silk pillow case instead of cotton. It prevents wrinkles.

3. Use a moisturizing cream

Dry skin can cause pimple outbreaks. Check with a dermatologist to find a moisturizer that is good for your skin type.

4. . Try to avoid Over-the-counter products

Except if the pimple outbreak is major, try and avoid over-the-counter products. A great deal of them contain corticosteroids which have the after-effect of lightening your skin but once you discontinue the use, the pimples return with twice as much force.

5. Drink lots of water.

8 glasses of water a day is actually a good way of keeping your skin flushed of toxins. Water is a very good way of keeping your skin dewy and fresh.

6. Drink herbal tea.

A good brand of herbal tea does your skin a whole lot of good.
Preferably Healway Green tea and Ceylon black tea.
They release a lot of enzymes that attack acne and prevents outbreaks.
