Don't understand what you wrote....
- What does a legal contract got to do with a thief (greedy person) that you may employ?
- Will that legal contract stop them from Robbing your clients?
- if your staff ever stole from clients, do you have insurance that covers that?
- Will the customer be reimbursed?
- Do you even have police check on your staff?!

We definitely do background check on our staffs and train them, and our contract of service limits such situation.

Pls care to enlighten us all, if you may (about your company) as to what exactly your contract of service limits?
Does it limit responsibility if your staff steals the clients?! OR does it limit the amount you will repay the clients in case of damage/theft? OR does it make your company NOT responsible for anything that may happen with your staffs?!
