Yes, some camps allow the access to football matches in the mammy market.. Reason being that most of the eateries have DSTV, so as to attract customers they subscribe to it and guys patronise them.

But you will be chased out of the mammy market by soldiers once it is past 10

If not sure, did your school get the Evaluation document for you?

I guess you can still upload document even after portal has closed as long as you have registered ( that's was what I was told at the NYSC secretariat when I was having my issues too)
