I don't think d person is a medical doctor. Doctor can't gv dt dosage. D cmd said he asked: is d person a doctor? His family member said no. Cmd asked again is d person a nurse? His aide said no. I believe nurse can't inject that too.

Prof Lasisi is not a pathologist. He was only giving his testimony based on the history he got from the deceased' relatives. The pathologist would be the one to give an autopsy report.

What did Adeleke do as a politician (a governor and a senator) to turn around the fortune of medical practice in Osun state? Many poor innocents have died in the hands of quack and lack of adequate medical facilities in many government hospitals, it is unfortunate he has become one of the many victims. May he rest in peace.

My brother that's Nigeria for you, the autopsy report wasn't stated but conclusion has been made based on injection combinations and empty vials. That's even if there's any autopsy report in the first place cos if there is, the report doesn't need the presence of the CMD before the judge knows what's there.
What was contained in the autopsy result
Did he die of MI, enlarged organs as a result of the overdose or abuse of the drugs? or was it brain ischaemia?
The CMD sef, I thought the person was arrested they should ask the person what he is since he's neither a doctor nor a nurse so they can know how prosecution will be like

Testimonies aren't given based on hear say but what was observed as at when it happened (as evidence). It's a court hearing and not a tribute session. NO real pathology result instead the Dr is playing detective by speaking about empty iv drug ampoules. Yes history is important, but we need real autopsy result

It's not hearsay when a doctor obtains 'history' from a patient or his relatives. He did it in his professional capacity as a physician and he related same to the hearing. Not sure what your point is. Ofcourse whoever perpetrated the crime should be arrested but that is not the job of the physician.

Yap! My brother u got it right. They didn't present the results of the autopsy, they just came out with one story. Nonetheless, let us leave us d deceased to rest. I don't support people looking for "who kill who". I believe everything is from God. In hospital, dosage of diazepan can be given more than dt, but not with dt combo. Surely, someone that graduated from a medical school can't combine such. RIP ADELEKE

Many of them can because they lack good knowledge of drugs. One gave tramadol to treat pregnancy-induced hypertension.
