A three Storey building under construction at Richard Abimbola street, Ilasa, Lagos state collapsed today with many people trapped inside it.

Officials of the Lagos emergency Response team arrived at the scene 30 minutes after the wreckage to rescue the victims.

Which side in Ilasa? Ilasa that is too tight no place to build house again. How can someone build a house in Ilasa that the houses look like they were sewn together. You can't even differentiate a building from the next building because of the way they were built.

This is what you get when wannabe landlords with low budget use wannabe building engineers who claim to be experts. Well Lagos state government wont have mercy on you.

Failed construction should be given death penalty.. we need hard laws in this country we don't value lives

nawa o, oyinbo houses dey last up to 200 years, using brick and wood. abeg is there are reason y we use cement and heavy blocks here

This is serious. This is the result of substandard materials. Integrity test needs to be conducted to ascertain what went wrong.
I pray no life should be lost in the collapsed building.

Like seriously I never believed people could be ds biased they just said people are inside the collapse building n all some people could still do is to put sentiment into this n u don't even knw if part of dose people in the building are mostly from ur tribe mehn Nigeria has really lost it like seriously I weep for my country
