To prove to you how true it is, I just asked Google Voice assistant "Google Now" who designed the Chevy Volt and here is the answer.

So because he designed a car he is now a "detroit based car veteran" if he had committed a crime it will be a "Nigerian-born car veteran"

the guy is exceptionally gifted and many people dont like it just bcoz nobody knows them even in their own villages

I once saw a video which fetaured all his white lecturers and even Chevy top management, where the new car design was also mentioned to his credit.

I've noticed that a lot of Nigerian graduates like to quote Wikipedia as a reliable or reputable source of factual information. This is completely wrong and one of the first things students are warned against in universities in the UK. The patent certificate I posted and your Wikipedia based assertions buttresses this fact.

He once said in one of his interviews that the difference between Naija and those Western countries is that the Oyinbos value what one has upstairs, what one can offer and not paper qualification, if not he wouldn't have been where he is today.

He was the guest speaker during ABU Convocation last year November and he told the story of how he did it. He ready was the brain behind that. He even mentioned one of the cars (yellow car) used in the movie 'Transformer' as his invention. He is simply a genius!
