Shey u no dey experience account locked "the information provided does not match bla bla bla" whenever u want to use yours I mean your UBA master card? cus whenever I tried using mine when it gets to the MasterCard secure code part, my account info will be requested and when I input that, I mean my date of birth and phone number registered with the bank.... Them go sure Lock am. Shey I no come know my DOB again abi I no sabi my phone number again. UBA na **ck up joor.

I have called them on many occasions there was even a time they called me like twice after bombarding them with emails. Yet the problem persist. I don even give up on them.

MasterCard Secure Code Account are pre-sign in with your first issued MasterCard Detail.

So IF you've changed the card.

You will need to request its Updated with the present one you are using..

When inputting your Registered Account Phone Number
Write = 2348012345678. (As an Example)

Don't add "+" to it.

And Input your D.O.B as registered on your Account.

Example
My D.O.B was registered Wrongly with UBA.

So you must be sure it was created with the right details..

(You might need to visit a branch of your bank to confirm up)....

Most of this bank representatives are prone to single/neglected mistakes sometimes..
