tuscani: Your ignorance stinks. He put up a valid argument for his position and you ran to post stupidity. Will Ozekhome eat him? He and Ozekhome who has more credibility? Falana has been consistent in his human right and constitutional activism since i first heard of over 20yrs ago in my university days. Ozekhome ran away from same activism to start defending polithiefians to get his own share of their loot. 1 Like |

azimibraun: In every form of government there are different types of leaders out of which you can have a Tyrant leader or a Charismatic leader among others. No matter how charismatic a democratic leader is, a bad legislature is his undoing. We can all agree Nigeria has the worst scums of earth in its legislature, how then will democracy work? But with the Military, there's zero tolerance for such shenanigans. All we need is a Charismatic leader. It would be very difficult to find a tyrant military leader that would leave this country in this sorry state. PS: It's rare to see a law abiding citizen get beaten up by the military. Even Fayose would humble under proper military regime. |

schoolboij:did u follow last yr budget defense atall? Esp the transport ministry where amaechi brought a new project that was not abinitio in the real budget, the lagos calabar rail project. During budget defence, alot happens, if funds r over appriopriated for some articles, they can reduce it, if they know that the funds appriopriated is less then they will increase it. But they will always seek clearance from finance minister or cbn govr before doing this. U dey naija, u no sabi what s happening in naija. Nigeria is working with constitution, that book is just there for people wey wan do assignment. |

tuscani:Are they mates? One is a legal thug while the other is a fine breed lawyer, per excellence. One supports corruption by defending obviously corrupt politicians in court while the other is a renowned constitutional lawyer who always air his opinion whenever there is a constitution hullabaloo. So my dear, both of them aren't mates both biologically and in experience (legally). 1 Like |

Chiefpriest1: The punch you even credited stole the story from the cable, and signature tv, as shown in the screenshot below, forget their ranking in Google. Punch has one time stole article from that Social Times news portal without due credit. Social Times after a day of their publication I saw the same news on punch, without crediting the source. The links are still with me.

seguno2: Bruh I have nothing against you. My point is Democracy provides enabling environment for mismanagement and corrupt practices because there's no fear or recourse to the law. Every politician presently believes their above the law and what is Democracy without the law? If the judiciary at least is effective and not itself a den of wolves, maybe there would still be hope but you and I know those so called learned men have be choked and bought out. Point being, Nigeria is not yet ripe for Democracy. We do not value it otherwise we won't be abusing and bastardizing as we're doing. |

pressplay411: Point being that you are ignorant and not ready to be involved in making the necessary sacrifice for the progress you desire hence you want someone else (a soldier) to do the cleansing job on your behalf and give you all the benefits on a platter of gold. Why do you think that the coup plotter will risk death only to dash fearful, lazy citizens the fruit of his labour? You must think that he is a fool, which of course he is not. IBB, Abacha, Abdusalami and Buhari were more corrupt thieves than their civilian counterparts. If politicians that we allow to run our country are lawless, is it the coup plotters who will be law abiding? Look before you leap. Think before you talk. |
