Pythons are not poisonous but bite to bring down their prey before coiling round it to kill
The bite can be vicious though, but it contains no venom
A python of this size will kill a grown man in minutes if it decides to make the person its meal
There is no man who is already entwined in the coil of a python that is strong enough to unwind its coil
It is like tangling with cold steel
But where another man comes to help and the python reckons it will not be allowed to enjoy its meal in peace, it will release the prey and slither away

Of course due to evolution, it is possible for pythons to develop venoms some day
