I have a problem with my tecno C7.

Whenever I switch on the WiFi it turns off by itself after 1 min.
It doesn't allow connections..
My pc is set to automatically connect to the WiFi as soon as it detects it and it shows on the PC that it has connected but the phone shows nothing (under Hotspot in settings).

What could be the problem and what is the solution

carlcare, so my default write disk is set to sd card on my camon c9, only camera pictures and screenshot actually save to the sd card, every other thing still saves on the internal storage, any fix?
lastly, is there any update to fix the problem of not being able to move installed app to sd card?

Hi @OHIsIManuEL You have to direct your downloads to save at your preferred location from within individual Apps e.g Xender, Browsers - Opera, Chrome, Phoenix etc. The inability to move Apps to SD Card is a feature that came along with the Marshmallow update; there's no fix for that.

From rebooting,
It's not even booting again before switching of and repowering itself, it'll just power on, show tecno and repower up again, it wasn't responding to anything like trying to hard reset or holding the power button for 10secs so i left it like that till the battery was exhausted, then i plugged it back and it's not even showing any sign of charging or trying to power up, it's just dead flat
any help?, I'm at akure
