Please i need your help/advice..I selected MATH,ENGLISH,GEOGRAPHY,CHEMISTRY AND PHYSICS as my 5 relevant subjects to study Mechanical Engr,but am nt quite sure if Geography will be accepted rather than Further mathematics..i need your answers plz. |

tizluke:For O'Level, Further Mathematics is not compulsory since you have Mathematics already. The core five subjects required are English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other science or social science subject (any of Geography, Agricultural science, or Economics etc). For JAMB, English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry . Mechanical Engineering is a very interesting course. It covers almost all aspects of other Engineering fields and as well as some basic Management courses. You will enjoy it. Take your 200 and 300 levels very serious. Pay more attention to Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluids. India texts books are very simplified and cheap. They will be of great help. Good luck! 1 Like |
