Maybe the person was an old client who paid through the bank in the past and has her contact details. Did you consider that fact?

She's a good girl actually but

whatever good deed you announce to public only creates a reputation for you

Your true character is what you would have done when the bank has no contacts or any means of tracking you down.

She is not a slay queen, I know her online and offline. She is the owner of Zinny Collections, an online fashion stores.

Those clothes she wore are just samples, she markets them aggressively on her Facebook and instragram pages.

Since you know her. Tell her she lied. We know she lied. How did he get her contact?

I don't av a problem with her being a slay queen or not. Na she sabi that one.

People should really stop using dumb strategies to seek attention.

And even if it really happened, did she have to announce it?

The pretty girl above named Zinny Adajiugo Ife Nkili took to her Facebook to share how she returned N860,000 mistakenly transferred to her account.

She said she received a credit alert of N860k, and after a while the person called her and was begging her to return the money that he did it in error.

See her photos below:

From the beginning, I knew it was a staged fake story.
How can you transfer money to a random person and know his or her phone number?

ABI NA MTN OR GLO ACCOUNT NUMBER?
How did the person know your phone number? Only bank can contact customer if they make a banking error not disclosing customer's phone number to another customer.

Lie lie go kill una........

Yours is quite understandable that it was the banker that made the mistake: probably he was to transfer money to an account and mistakenly transfered to your own account. In such a case, the banker can easily access your profile and call you up. Infact, some bankers wont even border calling you, they will reverse the money immediately and wipe out the transaction history from your profile.

This was a case of someone else transfering money mistakenly to her account probable through internet banking. She said the person called few minutes later! Thats a white lie. The person has to approach the bank, lay a formal complaint yet the bank won't divulge any personal info to the person. He will run around in cycles without getting anything positive. The best they would do would be to call her themselves, that is if they are interested in helping out.

Guy, pray to God that you never fall into this kind of problem. shocked Most banks will NOT reveal the details of the person into whose account, the money was transferred. It would take time, effort, arguments, court orders and all kinds of legal arm-twisting to get the bank to refund the money. Do you know how many people have been victims of scams and when they called on the banks, to help them get their money back, the bank officials turned a blind eye and deaf ears to their pleas? sad

In a sane society, what she has done is not exceptional. But in Nigeria, where yahoo-yahoo, 419 and all kinds of tricks have been ruling the airwaves, she deserves a commendation. Her parents did a good job, instilling the right virtues into her. They brought her up well.

I don't believe this sh*tty story one bit. When sending money to another account, it will prompt you to select the bank, the surname and the account number of the recipient or else it will bounce back and will not deliver. So many error about the story. He called you?? really?? How did he get your number..ok oo. We are watching you though...

He sent you money in error and called your number, how come he had your number? Maybe it might be the cashier that posted the money that called you.

Like seriously why will I have to announce myself after returning back money? I've returned back a lot of things but that shouldn't call for public announcement. It's best the receiver acknowledge me and not me on the other hand. Biko, what is this again

Social Media is turned to sometin else oooh! person give poor e go announce on social media, return money social media must hear, break up with bf/gf back to social media, wear same pant for 10days social media must hear. kilode? what is this world turning into!!!

I don't know what is the big deal here, this is what any normal human should do except if you're a criminal. And besides the bank got her details and address she can be easily traced and arrested, so she has no choice than to refund the rightful owner back his money.
To me she had done nothing exceptionally. Just attention seeking...
Just keep kwayet there. Ordinary 10k I mistakenly sent to someone, the person only refunded 5k and said he will send the balance coz he has already made use of the money, in less Dan 24 hours o. Most people will risk going to jail Dan refunding that money. Stop talking as if u don't know the kind of country we are in or don't u know how many times people get rewarded for gestures like this cox its very uncommon in our society presently.
