Apart from lagos and abuja a former national capital and the current capital. So only rivers has done personally well which is another igbo state. So what the shit happened to center of commerce. For anambra to have come thus far without federal presence means that in a restructured nigeria we will do better than this. And if par adventure we seperate it means biafra will do well cos its heartland is doing well, oya where those our oil people come and see how igbo man overtake una with all una oil money. Indeed anambra state is a leading light in this nation. Overtaking is allowed

Finance is another activity that is mostly measured obliquely (and badly). Typically financial services are not paid for directly in fees: banks make a large part of their income from charging more interest on loans than they pay on deposits. To capture the value being added, statisticians use an imputed figure, the “spread” between a risk-free interest rate and a lending rate, and multiply this by the stock of loans. The problem with this method is that the lending spread is a measure of the risk banks take. For this reason its use in GDP figures can have perverse results. For example, at the turn of 2009 Britain’s financial sector was close to collapse. But because fear of bank defaults was driving spreads up, GDP figures recorded a spike in the sector’s value added, and thus its contribution to GDP

And now it seems ben bruce was right about anambra state if a landlocked and non oil state could do all this. I hope by now all those saying igbos are after thier oil will see how anambra progressing not when biafra comes you start shouting that its ur oil money

But the conversation first started with high Anambra GDP, now you are contradicting yourself that it is not so important again. Are you alright? Even the Cash deposit and bank credit link that you provided shows Oyo ahead of Anambra in the latest year 2015.
