TENANT and LANDLORD MENTALITY The problem with Nigerian and Nigeria is a tenant and landlord issue, the landlord is the British Government and the tenants are those living in Nigeria. The area calls Nigeria is on lease to the Politician and the Civil Servant, as we are of the opinion that Nigerian lack the culture of maintenance is not a coincident, the inhabitants believe it is not their property, the politician and the civil servants that lease the place are maximizing their returns on the investment. Those in the North are more comfortable dealing with Sudan and the Arab Countries than with those in the southern part of River Niger and Benue, things can only change when we purchase the land area call Nigeria and own it, change the name as done in Ghana then put a referendum for those that want to be part owner not by force. The hard work of renovation and rebuilding will commence, as it is at present the truth be told nothing will change. |

TheVictorious:all stagnated, woeful and perpetually failed enemies of progress here will never comment. they have crawled back to their holes. waiting for when students would be suspended, then the unhired charge and bail lawyers among them, waiting for a chance to kick start their careers would jump out to quote off law sections with sentiments 1 Like |
