But we are in Nigeria where abusive of privilege is the order of the day. I'm very sure people will be going to the place with their gadgets to download 10gb movies.

Fair Usage Policy & Bandwidth/traffic control are normally used in the setup of such public Wifi.

You can programme it in a way that every connected device on the Public Wifi cannot exceed 100MB daily/1GB monthly.

It can even be configured in a way that only social media websites can open on the Wifi network.

All these measures will eliminate abuse.
