I do. But it's been a while I smoked it though. Alcohol seem to be better after I changed location. Still trying to understand my terrain before I even think about resuming.

I wouldn't know. I have many female friends who smoke.

Which of the Benson do you smoke, brown, switch or boost? I smoke boost cos I love the menthol.

My terrain is Benue state. Don't believe everything you hear and read about weed. It's harmless I believe.

You already know what to do...but it's not just your lungs you should be worried about. Do you crave a smoke when you feel a certain way? Maybe when you're bored or remember a past event?

Easier said than done. I crave when I'm stressed or upset. Truth is my smoking doubled when I got here coz Nigeria an 'stress' mean one and the same thing

So stress is the trigger. I know it's not easy, but people achieve not-so-easy feats daily, and you're no different....every minute you lay off the smoke is a victory? You don't wanna go on a winning streak?

Exercise enables you to cope better with stress.

Stress...Now that's a language I understand. Nigeria is stress! I've been to a coupla states here and PH and Lagos are by far the most stressful yet.
