The Group of companies is involved in 3 major sector of the economy is recruiting to fill the vacancies below. The energy industry; as Miraton Rose Renewables [specialized in installation of AC/DC inverters, prepaid metering , biogas plant, other energy saving devices and solar products], in the Outsourcing business, as RM Outsourcing [involved in semi – skilled outsourcing], in finance; as Latrose Finance [providing short term loans to the low & middle class individuals and growing businesses. Latrose finance is also involved in pawn brokerage and investment services].

The successful candidate; will be involved managing existing relationship and growing new ones.
The company is involved in energy services, Outsourcing & recruitment services & finance.
Candidates will be evaluated for an officer role, specialist and managerial status.

Responsibilities:
 Development of brand awareness and customer experience reputation
 Communicate with existing clients, manage crisis and grow company clientele’s base, via referrals.
 Provide real time update to company’s management on prospects and company growth.
 Offer sales/purchase assistance to prospective clients and colleagues.
 Follow up on customer’s complaints and requests.
 Introduce new clients to company products and close deals.
 Manage existing and new clients effectively.

Competencies:

 Must be able to handle negotiation costing and prices, as well as closing deals.
 Ability to identify client’s needs, write proposal, planning first contacts, meetings and follow ups.
 Has proven track record of delivering measurable results.
 Able to formulate realistic plans and how to execute them.
 Have ability to multi- task with little or no supervision.
 Has experience in managing new and old clients effectively.
 Charismatic and excellent communication skills.
 Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
 The candidates must possess HND /Bsc / M.SC in any degree from a reputable institution.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Capacity to manage people effectively and productively.
-Must have background experience in investment banking OR Financial services OR Energy services delivery OR Outsourcing services.
 Must have strong online presence and desire for the job.
