Should adult belt be used to flog a two years old that do not want to brush his teeth?

As for me since I was born up till this moment my father and my uncle's who love me unconditionally has never used belt or anything to flog me, they only correct me with love.

That's part of the domestic violence we're on about.

It's very wrong to treat a child or anyone that way. It doesn't matter if it's ADULT BELT or children's belt.

I think you should report that abusive parent to the relevant authorities, before we see yet another bad news on front-page.
