I don't think your PGD alone will fly. You may qualify for "2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees" if one of your qualifications is for a program of at least 3 years. This is a step just before Masters degree on IRCC ranking of educational qualifications.

Have you considered making your wife the PA since she has UK Masters which earns more marks than a PGD? Is her IELTS result on level 9 too? Is she younger?

Ur PGD can't stand alone..combine it with ur B.Sc to get a higher point. If she can't do well..free her at least as a PA.

My hubby keeps changing his middle name with his first name. I just noticed that he put his first name as his middle name and middle name as first name.

In his international passport, it appears as eg
Okeke
A B where a is his middle name and b is his first name.

All his credentials have b as his first name, so I don't know why it should appear as such on his passport.

He said the immigration ppl said it doesn't matter , that he noted it there and they said it is to appear like that. imagine!

He is about to register for his ielts, please advise on name to use.

Also advise on the name to use for his immigration application.

Relax madam. In d space for first given name(s) put the first n middle name there as it appears on his international passport.

On the Nigerian passport or any passport for that matter, first name comes before middle name. Its Surname, then in given names first name comes first then middle name. Its nothing to worry about though.

On d passport it says "given names". No first or middle name. It's not an issue really, as long as those names are on his birth cert. Just fill ur form in the order the names appear.

If you have claimed points with the job it will already be on your personal history list under employment.
I think you should answer truthfully any other question abt govt activity

Quick answers to your questions:
1. D duration depends on how fast and lucky u are. Be committed and estimate around one year for d whole thing. Could b less or longer. Gotta evaluate your certificates, pass IELTS excellently, meet cutoff, get invitation to apply, apply meeting d requirements(submit necessary documents and pass medicals, background checks, etc) and chill till your passport is requested for visa.

2. Maiden name on docs. won't affect anything, u guyz just need to prove dat u r married, your court wedding certificate should suffice.

3. No interview after passport request.

Others can add or correct anything if necessary. U r however advised to read through precious pages to understand better. Also check d CIC website to understand more about d whole thing. U can later come back here to ask questions on grey areas.

Morning guyz, I have a question. At what point would I need to have my children's passport details handy i.e. when I would need to input their passports' details on d website or upload based on requirements? When precisely after getting ITA as there isn't any request for it during d initial application stage? Asking cos I don't have them and wanna know how soon I should do them to avoid unnecessary delay.

Also, does anyone know if they now have d 32-page passport available at Ikoyi/Ikeja Immigration offices?

Is there a problem if you dint list address where u stayed during vacation or office training or to have a child, that is less than 3 month.
