Chai! When the Bible said FLEE from every appearance of evil, people took that for granted, Acting president Osinbanjo has turned a living witness. Daddy Adeboye once said in an interview" believe any politician at your own peril" i now concurred. This is how i used to smoke before i became born again, not realizing that i have gone back to smoking! Chai who did this to me? 360metrosports: |

Osinbajo is one of the very few respected Nigerian politician. I can understand most Nigerians( resident in Nigeria) do not understand mortgage system. We build our houses with our money. How will they understand terms like freehold, lease or interest only. I am sure Fashola will soon break this down so that EVEN laymen will understand. |

ayindejimmy:Apparently, a lot of Nigerians have no clue what a mortgage is. This is evident from the ignorant comments that litter this thread. |

KENFERDYOORI:He's just ill-informed. If any program of that sort exists, it's only for the kins of his fellow politicians, not for the common man with 30k. |
| Re: Nigerians Can Now Own Houses With N30,000 — Osinbajo by obailala(m): 12:45am On May 30, 2017 |
SmartMugu:On the contrary, it is millions of Nigerians that are ill-informed and who have no clue how mortgage schemes work. Unfortunately the reporter of this news didnt put the lack of knowlegde of Nigerians on mortgage schemes into consideration when reporting the story. |

Esseite:What does he take Nigerians for?... I think he simply overestimated the literacy level of Nigerians when making the statement; he must have assumed Nigerians (at least the educated ones) should have a bit of understanding of how mortgages work. But from the hundreds of funny comments like yours which litter this thread, it's obvious he was wrong on his assumptions |
