Arent you ashamed that this is the busiest road in a state capital? Even Syria thats been getting bombed for eons looks way better than that dirty piece of disgraceful crap you put on there. No need for a referendum if you agree to leave with only the 5 core Ibo states. The problem is your desire to steal other parts of Nigerian Territories. Thats what I think Nigerians have a problem with.
