BIRTH STORY! BIRTH STORY! BIRTH STORY!!! GBAGAN! GBAGAN!! GBAGAN!!!! Phewww!! I want to bless the name of the Lord, who has made me smile yet again after alot of hurdles... So since 24th, May, I havent been myself, d off and on contractions and all... Went to my maternity on the 25th where I laboured for d whole night upto 5cm only for me to be sent home on d 26th morning that I am not progressing and d midwife gave me diclofenac injection. Naso d labour pains take disappear o, but d contraction became very mild dat I barely notice them. God bless you, Blessedmumi, Jaysmama, Loisemm, Suzy, Rhemy2013. They really reached out to me in a way, I cnt. really thank them enough. I went to d Agbara healthcenter and after they checked me, I no even hear d report dey said but I was confident she (She sabi herself  ) will tell me but alas, she didnt o, jex tld me Benny dont worry, u and your baby is doing fine. I relaxed, dat was on Saturday d 27th. On Sunday d 28th, I went to church in d mfm close to us but dix pains and contraction no even gree me sing dia (Receive fire! die by fire, God of fire! send down fire!) na em I jeeje comot church and went home. I didnt want to go to d maternity again and I didnt want to go back to d healthcenter cuz itz kinda far and tfare I no hold... I said if I go born for house Jesus take control, naso I relax begin drink hot tea to calm my nerves yet, d pain no gree me o. Then swt Mil brother now called to ask if I don born, I tld him no and explained everything I was feeling, d man begin quarell em sister o (mil). So una still leave dix girl like diz? carry her to a big hospital o, let nothing happen to her or her baby... Swt Mil now told me to prepare and go to d matenity, I didnt prepare, I jex wore my normal casual house wear and said lemme stroll tod maternity nah atleast its stil part of exercise. I got dia and my midwife has gone to church but her hubby dey house... Welcome Benigna, (For my mind, so dix man don know my name) she isnt around now but lemme call her so she will come and attend to you. He dressed bed for me and was jex trying to make me comfortable. Few minutes later, my midwife came back and met me sleeping.. She said shey na d person with emergency labour dey sleep like diz and was now even attacking her hubby why he didnt even let her worship for 1hour before calling her. One mind said I shld go cuz tru tru I felt badt but I remembered wat Loisemm tld me d previous night, she said (SINCE SHE HAS BEEN DELIVERING OTHERS OF THEIR BABIES! YOURS WOULDNT BE DIFFERENT!) I smiled and went with her to d labour ward, she checked me again and was like haaa why is your cervix dix thick ehhnnnnn I sha tld her, lets call Oga tydi and ask him o ... She now said dix pain am feeling is now much, let her fix pitocin for me... Naso I use enter hot drip be dat o.....My mommies and daddies, I saw stars kpakpakpa o, but I promised myself not to cry rara o, I was enduring it as an Agu nwanyi till I got to 8cm.., I was now shouting she shld come and remove what she put me o.., Swt Mil was around by then and she brought me sunday rice and Banga stew but I cldnt eat.., She was now telling me to endure d drip dat its jex 2cm left blah blah blahdat highest before 7 I don born. I was now checking time! She came to check me around 7:30 when I was shouting poopoo o, I want to poopoo o, meanwhile I don poopoo for dia like 3times sef... She set delivery tins and Oya, for any contraction you feel, jex push! I pushed from 7:30pm to 10:00 yet, baby wldnt comeout o, e no gree descend... I born around dix woman ward... anywhere I waka reach, I go lie down dia begin push... blood was everywhere, I was getting really weak and I started shaking terribly. She gave me glucose and kept pouring water on me. Her hubby and herself started handling me, notin... D hubby was doing fundal pressure and I she was trying to get him out, no way.., She called my mil to call my fil dat if by 10:00 I didnt put to bed, den she wld transfer me o...My midwife and her hubby with her nurse where firing prayers for me o, dey gave me annointing oil to drink den robbed on my tummy.., I even called sis maureen. Swt Mil called fil and he quickly drove to d maternity, naso we use drive go badagry dat night o, as I reached dia, I was shouting cs o, cs o, epidural o, anesthesia o.. D doc wan do me V.E, I push em hand comot o and continued my shouting... TO BE CONTINUED! ZIZI WAN SUCK! 47 Likes 1 Share |
